WIP’s / W toku

I have now 4 „work in progress” projects:

1. Ruby – which is nearly dead and I completely lost enthusiasm for it.

2. Birthday Pie – which is nearly completed, but I won’t be able to finish it before my mum birthday. She will receive it, but just a bit later. ;-)

3. Aqua dress – almost completed. First I had to rip it all, because the whole dress was too small. Then I tried out three different necklines just to find out that the body of the dress is too narrow. So I have to rip it once more (for the third time) and make it wider. Lesson learned – do not assembly parts of the garment you’re making until you’re absolutely sure it fits the recipient. ;-)

4. Multitask overalls – I’m making two pairs of these. One in grey and aqua (yes you guessed it – leftovers from the dress) and the other one in grey and lilac (also leftovers) for two little rover-like-girls: Jula and Lila. :-D (Oups! That supposed to be a secret… Oh well. ;-)

 

Mam teraz teraz na drutach cztery projekty w toku:

1. Rubin - który prawie zdechł. Sama nie wiem dlaczego zupełnie straciłam do niego zapał.

2. Urodzinowy szal dla mamy - prawie gotowy, ale nie zdążę na poniedziałek, niestety. Dostanie go, tylko trochę później. ;-)

3. Sukienka w kolorze wody - prawie skończona. Już raz ją musiałam pruć całą, bo była za mała. Potem trzy razy próbowałam zrobić sensowne wykończenie dekoltu, ale okazało się, że tułów sukienki i tak jest za wąski. Więc znowu musiałam spruć (po raz trzeci). Dostałam nauczkę - nigdy nie zszywaj elementów ubrania dopóki nie będziesz absolutnie pewna, że pasuje na przyszłego właściciela. ;-)

4. Wielozadaniowe ogrodniczki - robię dwie pary jednocześnie. Jedną szaro-niebieską (tak zgadliście - resztki od sukienki) a drugą szaro-liliową (też z resztek) dla dwóch małych łobuziaków: Julki i Lilki. :-D (Oups! To miała być tajemnica... No cóż. ;-)
